Eat with the Seasons

Things you can find at market through out the changing seasons

Eating with the Seasons is exciting! We can expect to see things come and go through out the year. That's what makes eating local so great! Customers get to use the varietal ingredients in changing ways, thus staying engaged with their food cycle. The eagerness and beauty of spring bring many greens and berries to Market. The heat of the Summer brings a bounty of flavorful Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Sweet Corn. As the leaves turn colors, the Market fills with Pumpkins for Jack O Lanterns, Winter squash for the Dutch Oven, and Greens of all kinds.
